Useful information about and from the Hotel Der Greil in Söll am Wilden Kaiser.

Arrival

Our rooms are available from 15:00. According to availability, your room may be available to you earlier.

Departure

Rooms must be vacated by 11:00. In cases of early departure, 3 nights will be charged.

 

Local taxes

All prices quoted exclude local taxes (from May 2025 on that is € 2,60 per adult per night for guests 16 and above).

 

Deposit

When making a booking, we ask that you pay a deposit of €300 per room into our Raiffeisenbank Söll-Scheffau account. Please give your name and holiday dates with your bank transfer. Once we have received your payment, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your deposit by e-mail.

Taking your dog on holiday

If arranged in advance, dogs are very welcome here at the Greil. For reasons of hygiene, dogs are not allowed in the Gartenblick and Dorfblick Stubn rooms, nor in Mama’s kitchen, the panorama swimming pool and the “Stille Alm”. Dogs will find a little bone awaiting them at our reception. :)

Price for the dog:
€ 25,- per dog per night (excluding food)

Cancellation

  • up to 90 days before arrival: no cancellation
  • 90 days to 30 days before arrival: 40%
  • 30 days to 7 days before arrival: 70%
  • 7 days before arrival 90 %

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 FAGG does not apply, the cancellation and payment conditions apply.

E-charging-station

As an extra service we offer two 11 kW E-charging-stations. With a lot of common charging-cards or spontanous with credit card or paypal you can charge your car directly in our parking area. 

Shuttle to/from the train station

We offer a transfer to and from the train stations Kufstein and Wörgl. We charge 30,- per transfer. For your stays of 7 or more nights this service is for free. 

For organizational reasons, please let us know about your arrival at the train station a few days in advance.

Respect

We are very proud of the fact that our guests appreciate good food and show respect accordingly. We would therefore ask that you do not come wearing a bath robe to enjoy a snack in Mama’s kitchen.
