There are over 70 km of prepared cross-country ski trails catering to the full range of abilities on the sunny plains between the 4 Kaiser resorts: Going, Ellmau, Scheffau and Söll, perfectly prepared for your winter holidays.
Every sports person will be able to find a trail that suits them, steeped in nature, and full of variety, ranging from classic cross-country trails such as for examples the short Dorfloipe, through to the long stamina trail, something for every taste. If you fancy improving your performance, you can go for it on one of the skating-type trails. Scheffau also has a lit (until 21:30) cross-country skiing trail for night-skiing. This 1.4 km trail is even equipped with snowmaking facilities. If you need to re-energise, there are lots of restaurants and other places to stop off at along the trails offering decent refreshment.
