Shopping in Salzburg

Something for everyone, whether it be the shopping centre with its huge selection and diversity of shops or the designer boutiques. Find a bargain or two in the designer outlet on the edge of the city, or stroll amongst the shops in the old part of the city with family tradition in the romantic ancient alleys in the city centre.

Unser Tip: Visit the many traditional manufacturers in the Getreidegasse, bringing the narrow alleys magically to life. Perhaps you will find a little gift for yourself or those at home.

A visit to the Café Konditorei Fürst - Alter Markt is an absolute must. Even in the 21st-century, the original “Salzburger Mozartkugeln” Mozart balls are made by hand using the same production process and recipe as always. The Konditorei Fürst is also famous for its chocolates and truffle specialities.
